Chicken Express - Bridge City

We ate for $25 with 4 people, very rare now days , the staff was nice and the place was clean. We will be back!

I normally LOVE this location, but only when the sweet lady is serving at the window. She is ALWAYS so sweet and friendly and takes great care in every order. However, I went 2 nights ago (she was not there) and it was all younger people and it was terrible. Chicken barely had any crunch (sorta like Churches original) and what little it had was way over cooked. The spicy strips looked very different than normal and not much spice at all! I ask for 1 unsweetened 1 sweet of course both unsweetened, cold jalapeño poppers, the topper for the whole order was our rolls had dirty spots all on the bottom. That tells me they used dirty pans (LAZY) Then just when I thought it could get worse the actual roll that came with my box had my gravy on top of it and was smashed to a flatten nothing. Please at least schedule a responsible crew leader that can make sure they do a better job.

Love Chicken Express! The food is always hot and fresh. You can mix your order of tenders for both mild and spicy.

Great spicy chicken strips I will definitely be going back.

Too bad your order is always wrong because the food is actually good.
