Pizza Hut - BRICK

Order online on 12/15. necessarily ordered version instead of delivery. try to cancel the order online, but their website does not work. immediately called the Brick site to cancel or try to change delivery. no answer. I literally called four separate times. no answer. I had to load and drive my small child in the car in the pouring rain. I asked the guy at the counter why they don't answer their phones. he said: “It’s going to a call center and they never have anything.” I told him that the phone number is connected to the building and not pizza huts call center. just a straight empty star after I caught him in a lie. I asked about a manager, he told me he was the manager. no apologies, no apologies, a total bizarre talk. I even gave him a $6 tipp on a $20 order so he can take the pizza from the kitchen to the counter and hand it over to me. When I came home, he came back when he got my order, he answered after two seconds. I told him his phones were working. I knew it was hard to find good help, but God bless better.

Came in on 09/11/22 around 8pm. There were only two young girls working at the time. Before the worker had an opportunity to greet me the manager began yelling profanities from the back of the store. The workers looked mortified as they said to me I’m sorry that is the manager. Several attempts were made to contact the store, the store’s number reroutes you to a foreign company. Manager’s are too busy watching football games to answer phone calls. Only gave 3 stars for those poor girls who had to deal with that.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Placed an order around 7:30. Around 8:30 i get a text from doordash saying it 's on its way I call the store to find out and it turns out that instead of staffing their store with enough drivers, they subcontract Doordash to complete their orders. When I placed the order, I put a 0 dollar tip to put on my card, as I prefer to tip drivers in cash so the store doesn 't get a piece. I called the store around 8:30 and the person who answered the phone was pleasant but the manager who got on the phone couldn 't have been less professional. I requested a refund because there was no dasher available. I did not consent to have doordash deliver my food, nor did I want that at all. When I get a manager, they answered the phone with an attitude and said verbatim Your entire order including your 0 dollar tip has been refunded This is entirely unacceptable as I fully intended to tip the driver in cash.I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I recommend to anyone to avoid at all costs. Plenty of decent pizza in the area.

Not the best pizza place in town but definitely one of the fastest when life takes you by surprise go to Pizza Hut!!! Employees are amazing and the customer service is definitely at 100%!!! Not a big fan of the new calling system just go there in person!! Still really fast for going there in person and being last minute!!!

Pizza was dry, hardly any sauce. A few pieces of Pineapple, Ham was in a clump on one piece and it was stiff like cardboard! I do not recommend thin crust ANYTHING from this place.
