Domino's Pizza - BRICK

It's not difficult to make pizzas with the ovens they have. I always request mine to be well done, yet every time it arrives undercooked.

The delivery drivers are taking advantage of the situation. It's disappointing that they just take whatever tip they like.

This restaurant consistently gets my order wrong. I pay for extra toppings, but I receive barely any. The delivery drivers also struggle to follow basic instructions. I tell them to walk between buildings A and B, and instead they call from buildings C and D. Seriously? I had to give the driver an $18 tip because he didn’t have $10 in change. This is ridiculous. This place is a complete disappointment. Get it together, Steven.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I asked if I could waive the delivery fee and use the $3 discount for pick-up. To my delight, the manager kindly offered to cover the cost of my entire order as a gesture of goodwill! It's evident that many establishments are facing staffing challenges right now, but after showing this team a bit of kindness, they wonderfully returned it tenfold!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor; I waited for an hour for my pizza. When I called to check on the status, they informed me that my order had been canceled because they had knocked and called but claimed I didn't respond. However, I had been calling every 20 minutes and waiting outside. I do not recommend ordering from this place; it's better to choose a different pizzeria instead.
