Chuck E. Cheese - BRICK

We hosted our son's birthday party at this establishment today and had an excellent experience! They took care of everything for us, answered all our questions prior to our reservation, and even called a few days in advance to finalize and confirm the details. It was a fantastic experience!

When I first visited Chuck E. Cheese, I had high hopes, but the experience quickly soured. My friend and I tried to order pizza and drinks, but the employee (who I suspect was the manager) gave us a rude look. Another worker then approached, saying, "She can take your order," but she ended up serving others before us. Throughout this, the manager continued to give us dirty looks and even whispered about us behind our backs. The manager really needs to work on her attitude. Additionally, the pizza tasted a bit stale. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

Defines not going back for a while. Great I hear improvements and I have to say it. I miss COVID for the restaurant cleanliness had every place. It wasn't. The floor was sticky in the food sector. Napkin holders were dusty games were not clean. And forget the bathroom.. It smells. I miss the smell of things that are cleaned. No cleaning odour in this bathroom. Sink was dirty, I couldn't get the paper towel out. Eating took a while, I command the pumkin face I wouldn't recommend. Get the normal cake. I had to ask twice. I thought I was wrong. The prices are so high that it's crazy. Six wings. Yes, 6 wings. You're crazy. I told my kid we're gonna stop wings. At least I know they're religious. 4 games didn't work while we were there.Thanks to my big daughter was young. She didn't know that, but Grammy did.. Not the same. If you go. Play the games. And go to a pizza place or apple bees. the same shopping center.

This was my first time at this Chucky Cheese location. My husband and I planned a fun day with our 2 kids. My 4 year daughter was so excited to go to chucky cheese for the first time. She had seen the commercials on tv for Chucky Cheese and was really looking forward to dancing with Chucky. The food was pretty good and the kids had fun with the games but after being there for a few hours we still had yet to see Chucky come out. We asked the staff several times only to be told he?ll be out soon. At one point one of the girls told me like 5, 10 mins and a half hour later both nothing. Finally after asking several times and a long wait Chucky came out no singing nothing but a wave. I was very disappointed with the staff especially when they lied twice that Chucky would be out. I noticed some of the staff sitting and just folding pizza boxes instead of getting involved with the kids. Especially since Chucky is supposed to come out every half hour. I would not go back to this location and was very disappointed.

I went here with my friend back in November and we had a great time playing the games. What stinks about this place is that the service here wasn't the greatest (staff is friendly but unenthusiastic), the animatronic wasn't working for whatever reason, and nobody was near Kid Check when we were leaving which is highly irresponsible. We still had a great time nonetheless, but the service could be a bit better. I rate it a 7.5/10.
