Bubbakoo's Burritos - BRICK

I went here for the first time recently and I was kinda hesitant trying something new. When I walked in I was warmly greeted but a man with glasses whose name was ray. Ray really helped me with my experience by giving me suggestions and even let me taste test some of the sauces when I got curious. Great service and even better food. 10/10 would recommend and most definitely will be going back in the near future!!

Terrible experience getting food from here. They messed up our entire order and refused to respond to fixing it. I contacted customer service via email and still no response. The fries had about 10 in the box maybe and under cooked. The 3 bowls were all done incorrectly. One of them was a vegetarian bowl and we got home to eat and it was filled with chicken. Forgot the queso.Terrible service. I will never return to this location.

The brick bubbakoos is the best. Great portion and the employee (I think the manager) was so nice and caring. Brick NJ all the way

In my past visits, their food has always satisfied me. As of lately however, I've noticed some changes that were a bit disappointing. I'm dismayed at their decision to discontinue their nacho cheese. Not sure of the reason for that, but it was always so good in the past. It was always a staple ingredient in all of my orders. The queso cheese was good, but still would have much rather preferred the nacho. Today I got lettuce on top of my chiwawa, but unfortunately, I regretted that decision once I started to eat. The lettuce was not fresh at all and even appeared old in some spots. Very dark and it wasn't crunchy or refreshing like it used to be at all. It should have been swapped out for a fresher supply in my opinion. Furthermore, I think their prices are set too high, at least for what I ordered. $15 and change for a chiwawa and a fountain soda. For reasons I mentioned above, I didn't feel my meal was worth the price. Lastly, the restaurant was very humid and warm inside. Not a very enjoyable experience if you are going to be dining in, especially in this time of year (July). Not sure if their ac was on or even working for that matter, but it should be fixed. Overall, not too bad but not great.
