After I had a delivered retreat from this restaurant a few months ago and enjoyed eating, I ordered from here again and was disgusted with the delivery and customer service I received. I have ordered 45 minutes before they opened and was disappointed to see a 55 minute delivery time when they did at 17:00. the delivery time went without delivery and after waiting another 20 minutes (1 hour 20 minutes after opening) I called the restaurant. I was quite rudely told that eating had already left and was almost with me, guaranteed delivery in no more than 2 minutes. 30 minutes later, no delivery yet. I just called eating to complain and ask her to complain. less than 1 minute after hanging up to just eat, I was called by some different in the restaurant to say it was a shame that I had canceled my order when the supplier was sitting in front of my house, but eating could not deliver. I explained that this was a lie, of course, as I stood in my third floor window and waited for the last 40 minutes for eating and there were no cars and were not yet. he then followed me again and fed me more lying, but I couldn't believe that I had waited 2 hours and 5 minutes for eating that was nowhere to see and we won't get anything anyway. disgusting, will never order from them again, have contacted local paper to complain and of course all friends of whom some regular were never back.

We regularly order from here and we were never disappointed. eating is always faster than they say and always really good quality. the flat broth are beautiful and the chicken shish is delicious

Best pita here with a bit of spiced herb butter to flavour on top. and excellent marinated shish kebabs. They do home delivery. Best in Brentwood also comes with the traditional bulgar rice but this is a bit less seasoned than I prefer. Recommend the...sharing grill. I only go here or Shenfield charcoal meze for local kebabs. Salad and sauce served separate so no soggy half cooked salad like some places do.
