This place was our first experience in USA. We tried a lot of cafes and restaurants after that, but the warm and friendly atmosphere of Panera in Brentwood is remarkable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

At noon, very busy. Order was right. Could be a place to enjoy a case of evening as it has a fireplace and WiFi.

Over 1:15 I bought a muffin and waited a very customer-friendly man for me. Two times during the service, the individuals tried to pull him away and when I went to another female employee, he screamed in public! Very unprofessional!! While waiting for me, I heard curses and many screams from the back room, again unprofessional! It was so loaded that the young customer was waiting next to me, gave me a look at how uncomfortable she was with the whole screening. Please check the cameras and hopefully you have the sound! Pumpkin Muffin was great, but this place needs new strong management!
