Little Caesars Pizza - Brentwood

The staff at this restaurant can be hit-or-miss; sometimes they're friendly, while other times they're not. They promote hot and ready pizza, but that's not always true. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order, even going home to drop off groceries before coming back, yet I still found myself waiting for my two pizzas.

I've visited this restaurant twice recently: once for the Super Bowl, where they offered free delivery with a coupon code, and once for my daughter's birthday, opting for a pickup order. Both experiences were very convenient; we could easily place our orders online and select a delivery or pickup time. The food either arrived at our door or we received a code for pickup. The quality of the pizza was consistent, but I did notice a significant increase in prices. Because of this, I can't give it a 5-star rating. The food is decent but feels similar to any other pizza place, just with higher prices.

My grandchildren love it! The personal pizzas are absolutely delightful.

The Crazy Puffs at this restaurant are rated 7 out of 10 and come highly recommended. The food is kid-friendly, with a variety of hot and ready options. However, parking can be limited due to its location in a busy plaza next to a barbershop and laundromat. There are refrigerators stocked with soda for purchase, and the service is commendable. The atmosphere is average, with limited seating available for waiting customers. Overall, the restaurant offers good value for money. For vegetarian options, it’s advisable to choose cheese rather than any meat toppings. It's also a family-friendly place, free from loud music or inappropriate content. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp nearby.

The restaurant often runs out of Hot N Ready pizzas, leading to long waits for the only standout item on their otherwise mediocre fast food menu. The Fairview location doesn't experience this problem.
