Kfc - Brentwood

They got a little better after remodel. The service is a little spotty.

Just ordered a pot pie and to my surprise there was only one carrot slice in the whole pie!!!! Maybe a few peas potatoes very little chicken! Very disappointed!!!! Will certainly think twice before I order it again!! What a shame!

Shorted me 1 of 2 pot pies in a pickup and accused me of lying. After calling and driving back, they wanted to check the security tape to verify I didn't get it. The picked a replacement pot pie out to office and out of my sight... At that point I told them to refund the the pot pie. They said do it on line. Please tell me why calling, driving back to KFC and pick up a shorted order is lying? Costs me more than driving in gas back and forth than the pot pie. No more KFC for me. Do NOT recommend.

What the h*ll are the Greedy Corporations doing now !!! Young elderly workers are being layed off because of their new Digital remodels!!!So we try to go in and order, pay, and eat, you can 't! Taco Bell just remodeled the same.So you must use machines to order, bank cards to pay, and go home to eat. Employees getting raises to try to live and pay rent, made the Corporations change their business model. Portions are smaller, quality is down, and over half emoyees fired! These Corporations aren 't hurt by employees small raises. They made up for it from down sizing portions and quality ingredients. I refuse to eat or buy food priced as high as real restaurants, that do not support communities work force. What are people without Bank cards supposed to do? Children, poor, elderly, do not have Bank Cards.If they think crime is bad now, just wait until half the population is unemployed!!!

I got a burger from the AW side. It's always fresh and hot, and the fries from KFC are hot and crispy. When you have to pull over and wait. They are making your order fresh.
