Black Angus Steakhouse Brentwood

The food is fresh and delicious! The shrimp cocktail is so yummy and fresh, the salads are good and my roomie loves the steaks!

Bought a 12 Ribeye, look unusally small. I decided to weigh it on my food scale. I actually received an 8.27 ounce steak. The salad was extra small as was the Spiced Carrot Cake, buyer be ware. We are paying so much more and receiving a lot less. Never buy here again.

The ribeye and seafood were delicious, and the portion of the big mountain cake was very generous.

The steak sandwich was only average; it was overcooked and not worth the price at all. The chicken strips were also disappointing. I expected more from Black Angus.

The filet was undercooked and almost completely raw, while the shrimp was done just right. Unfortunately, the salad was disappointing, consisting of old, brown leaves and mostly unusable stems. On a positive note, the potatoes were excellent, and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. It felt like the chef was in a hurry. For a $70 meal, it was only worth about $25 due to the lack of attention to cooking temperatures.
