Sugar Shack Espresso - Bremerton

I really enjoy this coffee stand and have been visiting it frequently lately. Their coffee is excellent, and I haven't encountered many problems overall. I go there every day as a way to encourage myself to take more walks, but I've noticed an issue. There's one barista who always seems unfriendly and appears to be in a bad mood whenever I visit during her shift. Because of this, I've been trying to avoid going during the times she works.

Update: After my review I was contacted personally by said employee. They apologized and were in fact having a bad day. Everyone has a bad day every now and then and I understand that. I have it 3 stars bc their drinks are good but there is one girl that works there that is always in a bad mood. It seems like you are always bothering her. I asked her today if she was having a bad day and she snapped at me. So I suggest she get some retraining. People expect to come up to the window and see a smiling face and not some girl who's bothered by your presence. Not sure if I'll go back unless I can figure out when she doe

Best coffee I've had since my last trip to Paris. Im waiting on their keriug pods so I can enjoy their special roast any day or night. Love Amanda, she is such a doll.

Rick is a great guy. He is very funny and makes great conversations while making drinks very quickly. My husband and I walked down to the stand for a couple drinks and he perfectly remembered our drinks from the day before and carried on our conversation from the before as well right where we left off. Will be going back repeatedly.

I live a fair enough walk away from this place so I have the opportunity to go to Sugar Shack when I want. Not only do they have the best prices but their drinks are pretty much the best. I like most how their espresso shot amount goes up with the sizes. Their hot espressos are amazing ,their frappés are delectable and my favorite drink is their 'cherry bomb ' drink. Its simoly the best. Their baristas kniw how to not only Make drinks better than most but their hospitality and customer service is the best.
