Mcdonalds - Breckland

I thought it would be a good idea to surprise my partner with a big McDonald’s breakfast for his birthday since he has been going through a tough time lately and we are both feeling unwell. Unfortunately, half of our order was missing and the rest was incorrect. We were unable to get a refund for the delivery since McDonald’s partners with Uber Eats. This ruined our morning and I have now deleted both my McDonald’s and Uber Eats accounts. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution for incorrect orders. McDonald’s mentioned that they could not help unless we contacted head office. It is disappointing and not worth the risk of losing money on delivery fees. If items are missing from your order, you will not receive replacements unless you reorder and pay for another delivery. This has happened to us multiple times in the past, but this time was particularly bad as our order was completely wrong. It felt like we received someone else's order with our receipt. Additionally, we have to wait up to 15 days for a refund from Uber Eats.

There’s not a great deal to do in Thetford in the early hours without a car and so was glad to see Macdonald’s open at 5am (although the drive-thru is open all night). Had the honour of order 001.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was cold, and they kept messing up our order. They even served my partner a burger without the bun. This was especially frustrating for me as I am pregnant and they continued to get my order wrong.

This was our first time visiting this area, and we decided to stop by McDonald's. We were met by a rude employee who was cleaning the outside seating area. When my dad suggested we sit there, we were told the table was reserved for another family who was inside ordering their food. My dad made a joke about needing a bigger restaurant to accommodate everyone, but the employee became confrontational and disrespectful. I would suggest that this employee consider a new career path, as his customer service skills are lacking. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this McDonald's. First impressions are important to me, and the service at KFC across the street was excellent in comparison.

Went for breakfast place was spotless had been for lunch a few day earlier spotless even though it was very busy, they are all so polite and clear your stuff way will visit again
