We visited this restaurant on a bank holiday Monday and were pleasantly surprised. Initially only intending to buy ice cream, we were transported to Portugal upon entering. The canal boat was bustling with people enjoying delicious Portuguese food. We ended up staying for lunch. My husband raved about the bbq sea bass, my mum and I enjoyed our omelettes, and my son had a hot dog. We washed it down with Portuguese beer Sagres and the best coffee I've had in the UK. We also took home some custard tarts which were fantastic. The friendly and lovely server even provided our dog with a bowl of water. Compared to overpriced London restaurants, this place was a gem with fantastic food, staff, and value for money. Highly recommend!
We went here Saturday night for a meal ...... we went with what they suggested , out came steak, with bacon, egg, chips salad and mixed rice .. the best steak I have had in ages we will go back again hopefully soon
We went in for a coffee and had the best Cappuccino coffee we have had in years and at a very reasonable price. We are back in the area in July and will be back
