Always slow , always forget something in your order , usually have to ask for spoons etc The staff don't care , they are mostly just young kids. its quite expensive too.

We live close by and visit this place when we want take away. As we have a young child it is convenient. We have been disappointed on a number of occasions and have told them so, each time their food is dry, chips cold, items missing and each time all they offer is a complimentary meal. Well this time I think anyone who reads this should know this is a regular occurrence and tonight were missing a burger from a box meal!! Four staff standing around and I was their only customer in the drive thru. How do you miss a burger from a BOX meal?! Staff are not interested in customer service and most of the time you will feel like an inconvenience, normally I would check to make sure my order is correct but as it was late and I had seen them make the two meals I didn't bother to check them. This store is a disgrace, this is probably the 10th issue we have had in approximately 1 year. We have never been there and got exactly what we have ordered or fresh as they claim. Not only are their advertisements false they manage to stuff up every order. The only time we have ever received the correct order cooked fresh with the ingredients advertised is when they have given us a complimentary meal for items we have already paid for.. KFC franchise need to investigate this store as they are destroying their brand for anyone who has the same issues and based on their reviews so far I would say we are not the only ones..

I waiting over 30 mins for my food when it arrived the chips where horrible and not even cooked propley it was disgusting. No apologies or anything should not have waited that long and it wasn't that busy

Very nice crust, not thick and stodgy but thin and crisp without being too thin and unable to hold the toppings.evenly spread out ingredients all over the pizza right to the crust.

Food a little less greasy than the others, the su see that !!ervice a little better than the others. Tables need to be cleaned more regularly tho. And the bins were over flowing. Was impressed to see on duty manager out cleaning tables tho... not often yo
