The purpose of online ordering is to preorder your order so that you won't have to wait when you get there.When your order says it'll be ready by 12:18pm and you get handed your food at 12:35pm after arriving at 12:15pm, that defeats the purpose of online ordering or the efficiency that's been put in place.The customer service and communication of this place is terrible as well. They Didn't have the line food item that I wanted. I didn't mind waiting since it's usually always there. It was rush hour. However, when the item was made, they gave me such a poultry amount that it was disappointing. I guess there are a lot of people already waiting for that same item, so they still have to be a little stingy with it.
