It's a fantastic spot to grab a quick bite while shopping. The food is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding as well!

The food quality was very disappointing, and the staff were neither nice nor friendly.

This dining establishment is situated on the third floor of the department store, offering a pleasant view and outdoor balcony seating. The staff are generally friendly and attentive, but the kitchen seems to be cutting a few corners. For example, the bread used for the sandwiches is often pre-toasted, resulting in a texture that's too hard and lacking warmth. The chicken in the sandwiches is frequently served almost cold, and the bacon is quite tough, reminiscent of grits in its consistency. Additionally, the croutons in the side salad were frustratingly hard. I've also noticed that some menu items have become pricier while the portion sizes have shrunk. A recent shrimp dish priced at nearly $20 included only five small shrimp, which felt disappointing.

Tomato basil soup and crustinis is good . Coffee wasn't hot enough. Server slow and didn't really service us. She was busy talking to other coworker.
