Bidra med feedbackThis distillery was only offering outdoor seating at this time. On a nice warm sunny day it would not be no issue. In fact,, it would be great way to enjoy a drink. But on a cold windy rainy day, you might need to down a few shots to forget your discomfort. You can order a flight to taste test their offerings.
A tasting of 4 tiny shots goes for about $5.10.Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Indoor seating is closed. You order through a window counter in the back. No tours, just tasting and purchasing of their merchandise.Drinks were ok but I'm not really a big bourbon fan. There was no pressure to buy.
After eating at Top of the Hill Grill this is literally just up the road so we just had to check it out! Unfortunately you can not go inside so they have an outside area set up and two order windows. We each ordered a flight to sample what why have to offer. The bourbons were good as were the coffee and all the maple syrup drinks. The berry liquors though for some reason didn't quite have a nice finish, I guess the way to describe it would be like a Kool-aid artificial aftertaste? That's about the best I could describe it. The nose was good and the front is spot on but quickly disappears.Hopefully when everything settles down they will open up the inside as it look like they have even more to offer. So next time were up this way we'll be sure to see if they are fully open and see what other offerings they have.
We did a $5 sampler tasting per person.Coffee and maple weren't that bad at all. Would come back again. Perfect for hanging out with friends.Service was great too !
Warm people, warm atmosphere. Outdoor heaters and great drinks. A do not miss in Brattleboro.
