I ordered both of us a combination platter and halfway through my meal I could feel something pointy and sharp in my mouth. It was a small pin, smaller then a bobby pin about one inch in length. I spit it out and realized what it was and realized how lucky I was I didn't choke on this small object and have to go to the hospital. This whole situation caused me and my girlfriend to lose our appetite and I wanted a refund for both dinners because we did not feel safe eating the rest of the food. I called there and they wanted a picture of the item and practically demanded I come physically to the store and show them because they did not believe me. When I arrived the manager was not pleased with my presence and thought it would be a good idea to get angry and storm off rather then apologize for choking hazard I just experienced. I received a refund for one meal when I should have received a refund for both meals and the manager again was displeased with the refund that had to be given. If you care about your health or quality of food please eat elsewhere. Uses to be me and my girlfriends go to spot but now we are scared to eat there again.
Really delicious local Chinese food! Everyone in my house enjoyed it, even my 2 year old daughter. Will be back!
Delivery Fee is $8!!! Not on any app. Highway robbery! There food has continued to go downhill. No taste to it and chicken balls aren’t the same. Much more batter than before. I used to love this place…. New owners/company
My last few orders have been very disappointing! Different flavor like something missing? Too much batter soggy,bland! Been ordering since I moved here over 10 yrs now! What’s the problem and did hire new Chef in past yr or so?!!
My husband picked up a couple of orders before we went home from work. When we got home I opened my order and I realized that my sweet and sour pork did not have any red sauce. I called the store and explained the problem with my order with the girl on the phone. She put me on hold and a few moments later another girl.came to the phone. She explained that she was the one who did rhw order and my order most definitely had sauce on it. She said she knew she put it on there. She continued arguing saying that there was sauce and her manager was checking cameras to prove that she did it. I suggested sending pictures to her to show her there was no sauce because we live out of town and could not go right back. She gave me a number and said they will call me back. A little while after sending the pictures the manager calls me and apologizes to tell me that I was right she did not put the sauce on my pork. She have us 2 free pops on our next order. It was nice if her to offer however this employee arguing with me a d basically telling me that I was a liar pretty much is not customer service that I want to deal with again.
