Food portion sizes are incredible here and the staff are super friendly and polite. The location could use a little work inside. The furniture is quite old and needs to be replaced. Kels has been one of my favorite breakfast spots. I've never had a dish that I didn't enjoy. For tea drinkers, they bring you a pot. You can get at least 3 cups out of, no waiting for a tiny pot to be refilled and steep. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Have had ordered here through app before, and the food was great. Syrup packaging requires a careful delivery driver. We came by to eat in, and it was even better. Our waitress was delightful.
