Sweet Bay Coffee Co. - Branson

I ordered a $7 mixed coffee, and it was terrible. The employee who was working yesterday was very rude and acted annoyed when I interrupted him. I ended up throwing the coffee away because it wasn’t even drinkable.

I wasn't impressed with my coffee being served in a styrofoam cup. There was more milk than coffee, and the iced latte hardly had any ice in it. I wouldn't return.

I was very disappointed with the heavenly truffle mocha because the person didn't know how to prepare it properly.

Walked in at 7:30 pm (couldn’t tell if they were open, a girl sitting in a chair on her phone and a boy playing his guitar were working) the open sign was on and there were no hours posted. Boy walks around to the girl and says “did you see what time it is” and she just rolled her eyes. Don’t get me wrong, I know how annoying it is when people come in at/after close but have hours posted or turn off the open sign. How do you expect us to know? I ordered a plain hot latte. He had it made in 3 seconds (he used espresso and milk that had just been sitting, it was not fresh) and it was not hot. I asked if I could get it hotter and I think he just added some espresso to the cup I had already drank out of. Will never go back.

White chocolate mocha was not good. Hot chocolate was watery. Didn't receive lids, or sleeves for our cups.
