I ordered a double cheeseburger to have it made exactly the way I wanted. The owner personally took my order. He added pickles and ketchup, as requested. However, when I inquired about the owner, he seemed too preoccupied to engage with me at that moment. Unfortunately, the quality of the burger was quite disappointing.

When we placed our order, the lady taking our table seemed disinterested in answering our basic questions. When our food arrived, my burger was cold, although the cheese was hot. Unfortunately, I also found a blue hair or string in my food right away. My husband’s chicken was cold, but the fries were hot. However, the same issue occurred—he pulled a blue hair/string out of his fries halfway through eating them. At this point, I was extremely frustrated, and I'm usually not one to complain. I went to the register to request a refund. The older man there asked if I wanted a refund just for the burger and fries. His tone sounded contemptuous, which only added to my frustration. I simply agreed, and we decided to leave.

This is a fantastic spot in the mall! They make a fresh batch of Root Beer every day, unlike many other places that serve it from a bag-in-box.

Nice fast food in one of the corners of Tanger outlet. Delicious draft root beer. Clean restrooms available as well. Nice place for a quick bite.

The service was quick, and the food was alright. I was super disappointed with the root bear float. But it was a fun little experience. Cheese curds were GREAT though.
