Pizza Hut - Branson West

I love this Pizza Hut, my mom takes me here all the time, it is worth your money and your time, thanks for the great food! Oh, how could I forget, the servers and everyone there are very nice, they are good at their job.

Went for the pizza buffet at 12:30. The buffet goes until 1:30. There was no salad in the salad bin, they had no pasta, and they were out of bread sticks. They had a partial pizza out. The floor around the buffet was wet and slippery and instead of cleaning it up they just put a wet floor sign out. When they finally brought 2 pizzas out and bread sticks it was 1pm. The bread sticks were hard as can be. The only positive was the girl cleaning tables and getting drink orders.

Jarrod is the kindest human! His customer service is awesome and is so knowledgeable about the menu. He made us texas ppl feel right at home, thanks for a fun experience!

The service was great food was great and the staff there is amazing.

Okay so I have been loyal to this establishment since a child and I can honestly say iv never had such terrible experiences in my life with them until now I always order online but when I get my food we're always missing items that we ordered the pizza is burnt most of the time and it seems like they don't care about the quality anymore I have given them multiple chances to prove me wrong but unfortunately they lost me as a loyal customer because of the experiences and all 3 times in a row might I add something was wrong with my order if yall don't fix the quality issues you suffer from soon yall might as well close the doors
