Branford Breakfast Connections

Everything is simply amazing: Service Check Ambiance Check Food Check. would have added the last star if they would accept cards! Cash is just a bummer.

I've eaten here many times because it's consistently delicious, staff is friendly, and the menu selection is big.

I recently visited the Breakfast Connection in Branford, CT, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few notable areas for improvement. The food itself was quite good. I ordered the classic eggs benedict, which was delicious, and my friend had the pancakes, which were fluffy and flavorful. The menu offers a nice variety of breakfast options, and the portion sizes are generous, providing good value for the price. However, the service left something to be desired. While the staff were friendly, our coffee cups were not refilled during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, when it came time to settle the bill, the handwritten check was difficult to read and follow, making the payment process more cumbersome than it should have been. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant dining atmosphere. Despite the service hiccups, the quality of the food and the inviting environment made our breakfast enjoyable. In conclusion, the Breakfast Connection has the potential to be a great breakfast spot with a few service improvements. If the staff were more attentive to refilling drinks and the billing process were streamlined, it would significantly enhance the overall dining experience. The food is like no other. The prices are great. The customer service is a little more than 11/10. Overall, 10/10
