Pizza Hut - Brandon

Great job! We arrived 20 minutes before closing time and they still took our order with a smile on their face.

I ordered a pizza at 2:55 PM for delivery at 5:45 PM. I received a text saying the pizza would be delivered around 5:17 PM, but it arrived at 5:47 PM. The pizza was cold and not very tasty. I'm not sure if I will return to Pizza Hut.

I have never had any issues at this restaurant until last night. My pizza never arrived, and after waiting for 40 minutes, I called and said I needed to leave and wanted to cancel and get a refund. The manager refused to do so until after the pizza had been delivered. I was still charged on my credit card. I took to Twitter to address this issue and suggested that the restaurant should adopt a policy of "30 minutes or free" for late deliveries.

This was the first time in a long time that the lower crust was not soggy make the pizza taste half finished. it was a great pizza! keep good work

My order was exactly as ordered and ready when I arrived. Good job!
