Heart Soul Diner - Brandon

Used to be excellent, but service waiting time and food has decreased. Eating okay, but space wasn't crowded and I had to wait a few minutes to sit. I ordered orange juice, but I never got it.

Nice atmosphere. Nice server, though very forgotten. Also high prices. But good food! About all, decent experience.

The menu looked good, with many tempting options. I ordered the fried green tomato sandwich. But unfortunately, after waiting for for forty-five minutes, I had to make the concert at Branson Town Hall, which is on the same parking lot. The diner didn't have enough staff for a complete restaurant. The staff was as friendly and professional as possible, but not prepared.

If you have ever been in a real diner, you will be very disappointed. (Owner should google). That said, food quality varies greatly from visiting, I take with cooking. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Myself and my family had a wonderful evening at Heart &Soul. Shay our waitress and the team has great hospitality. They made us feel like family. It?s not everyday you can have a long day, and go to a restaurant where the employees are all smiles, great personality and quick on there feet. The shrimp poboy was really good, Fried green tomatoes was the best I?ve had. Awesome shrimp and grits. Bread pudding was melt in your mouth goodness. Food was so great , I went back for breakfast and Vivian our waitress was awesome and the breakfast food was just as good as the dinner. This will be my new go to whenever I am in town. Definitely worth the visit!
