Panatieri's Pizza Pasta- Branchburg

I went out for dinner with friends last Thursday and ordered a pizza along with a couple of subs. We received the subs promptly but had to wait for the pizza. When the pizza finally arrived, it was only lukewarm, which was disappointing. When I asked about it while paying, they explained that they got busy and it had been sitting there. They could have easily called us over instead of letting it go cold. It was surprising because there were three staff members working, and we were only one of two tables in the restaurant. They mentioned they would have put the pizza back in the oven if we had said something, but by that time, the people with the subs would have already finished eating. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I don't plan on returning.

Great place for pizza in the local Branchburg area. They also have fantastic chicken tenders for catering. However I have run into multiple issues with takeout orders in the past as they don’t offer the greatest service on the phone. Tonight I placed an order for delivery which they said would be an hour. I quickly called back within 3 minutes and said I’d pick it up as I had guests who were starving. I drive there and the two kids at the counter have zero clue about the order. It turned out they never changed it to pick up and the delivery driver came anyway with the food. Glad somebody was home to get it. Communication is very poor here.
