Vishnu's Doubles and Roti - Brampton

A big thank you to Vishnu Roti Shop for providing me with a delicious treat on Sunday - Parsad Sweet Rice. The Trini food was amazing and came from Glory.

Time is essential. Although this is not a fast food service, the quality of the food made it worth the wait. The meal was still hot even after I walked home, which was a pleasant surprise. The generous portion size was a bonus, especially with the increasing prices of food and gas due to the impact of Covid. Despite using the pandemic as an excuse, the restaurant offered real, delicious food for those who don't have the time or know-how to prepare it themselves. Visit and draw your own conclusions.

This is hands down the best West Indian restaurant in Canada. Vishnu, the owner, is incredibly friendly and caring. You must come and check them out!

The doubles was on point. The taco skin thing called Bara was soft and thin and the chick pea filling was amazing. The potato pies with the chick pea filling was oh so good, but the hot sauce got a zing to it. The roadie was perfect it just melts in your mouth. The prices are fair compared to other establishments and the customer service was hostile not like other places. It’s budget friendly and tastes great. Calorie wise not sure, but I am pretty sure it’s a lot ? A definite must try.Vegetarian options: It’s actually vegan.Parking: 14 spaces all around plus at the back there about 8 more spaces.

Very friendly people! I order parathas for family occasions like Thanksgiving dinner. They are helpful when I’m trying to figure out how much I should order.
