Forcing people to buy what they have in extra. While i was working in the area i stopped to have some spicy chicken. She said spicy will take 15 min because they had none already made and asked if you want to have mild which they had in extra. I came back after 20 min hoping they would have spicy by now. Again she said the same thing, we have mild and we want to sell that first, will only put spicy if customer orders and is ready to wait for 15 min. “Fast food restaurant”? Its the customer who chooses what he wants you cant force them with what you want them to have.

A Popeye's associate named Fatima Shafique had served me during my visit. She was very respectful and friendly while I was deciding my order and quickly prepared my food in a timely manner.
