Pizzaville - Brampton

As a new customer to Pizzaville and a long-time patron of Gino's Pizza, Pizza Nova, and Pizza Hut in the Brampton area, I have never had any issues ordering pizzas with common toppings. For example, my son only likes pepperoni on his pizza, so we requested to have the extra toppings from my pizza put on his at no extra charge. However, Pizzaville refused, claiming it was against their policy. When I asked to see this policy, they were unable to provide it. I was transferred to a supervisor, who was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by my questions. I learned that Pizzaville does not allow toppings to be transferred between pizzas of the same size, and customers are charged for any additional toppings. This information was not clearly communicated to me by the staff. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency at Pizzaville. I will not be returning and will continue to support businesses like Pizza Nova, Pizza Hut, and Gino's Pizza, which prioritize customer satisfaction and operate with clear business practices.

I won't recommend ordering Pizzaville. Worst customer service eve and worst pizza also. Watch the photo and video to see what kind of pizza they sell. I called customer service and asked for credit or refund, and they were so rude and arrogant and...not to hear my concern. I threw this trash pizza and they were not even ready to hear our problem. Anyway, never order from Pizzaville. Please see the facility. I hope this will help you.

It has been 2 years since I last ordered pizza from this restaurant, but it's just as good as I remember. Even though I live far away, about 2 hours, I still make the trip when I have an empty fridge. I saved money by downloading the app, but I'm cautious about adding too many apps to my phone. I ordered the Big 3 topping special for $12.99 and got two, since someone in my party can't have tomato sauce. The service was fast and friendly, and the pizza remained delicious for days. Looks like I know what's for dinner tonight! LOL.

We ordered 2 large pizzas with 5 toppings each and 24 wings for pickup, and received 2 free 591ml sodas. The total came to $49. Our family was highly pleased with the quality and would definitely order from this location in Brampton again (Sandalwood Kennedy).

It's fast, great service, i just usually pick it up that way it keeps the price down, good selection
