Meltwich - Brampton

I have looked at their menu a few times but felt that they were a little pricy however recently I was at an event and they had a food truck out so I thought it was a great chance to try it. I was actually super disappointed to see that they increased prices for the event which were on a sign and their Uber price was $4 less and that’s Uber! Really not great business practice however I did order to give them a chance and after paying $16 and waiting 20 mins the sandwich was okay but dry and I got a side of ma Vickie’s chips that they poured out of the bag. For that price your food should be equivalent, and if you’re raising your prices for an event maybe donate the upcharge and let people know.

I enjoy the food, I get it very often but I was extremely thrown off by the service. I told the cashier i am debating over a small and regular poutine. And ended up going with the small one. Yet after paying I realized that there is a promo for a regular size for just 50 cent more. When I mentioned why they didn’t mention it to me so I could upgrade it all I got was a “smirk”. Food: 5

Don’t wanna mess up ratings but i have to find the chicken in chicken poutine!! Paid 18$ with tips for fries. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

Food was good but service pretty bad. They never pick up the phone when I call to place an order. And they take way to long to take your order Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

They closed 20 minutes before closing time! How dare they! 0/10
