Very rude staff . They don’t know how to talk to customers even they don’t listen what the customer is asking for they are always in rush . Very poor customer service. Some managers think themselves as some kind of boss or idk what . If someone is asking for help to hire them or anything you are even not responding them well . Why?? Atleast you should listen them not walk out in between of the conversation.
First thing they pulled me over for my food and i did pull over and this girl came up to me saying that I should park over there in the FULL SUN but not in the shadow beside it. ? that dint make sense to me. I don't want to park my car in the full sun.
My quarter pounder with cheese had a stale bun. When I exchanged it for another burger the meat was raw. Management was very good. They refunded me my money and I took a filet o fish for free. Also they apologized which I appreciated. I will give them another opportunity for my business. I feel since Covid quality control in general is not as well maintained. I just wanted to document this because I have never in all my years going to McDonald’s experienced this.
First time in my life I have to ask manager to open the washroom door. As a personal guard he was waiting outside whole time, to close the door after I’m done. No matter there is a two cabins, that’s not a single room. Well managed business model while your manager needs to stay at the washroom door for 10 minutes while bunch of customers needs his assistance at the front. Not even talking about the inconvenience for me knowing he’s outside listening.
