Bidra med feedbackService was very slow and the waiter barely came by to check to see if everything was ok. Food was not very hot. My son was celebrating a birthday which I mentioned in my on line reservation. He received no recognition!
So much went wrong but the waitress tried to make it right. Sadly won’t be back. The food has gone downhill.
Dining experience at this Jack Astor’s has really declined. Poor inattentive hosts, inexperienced wait staff and mediocre food. Too bad as it used to be really good
My experience was very, good prices and portions are still good at jacks, I felt service could’ve been a little better, but wasn’t too bad at all , 4/5 stars !! Would go back
