Bidra med feedbackI had to wait 40 minutes for my order at this restaurant. However, I appreciated that the manager personally took charge to clean the floors and ensure customer satisfaction. The floors looked nice afterwards. Unfortunately, I did not receive a military discount, unlike at other restaurants, and the meal was just average. Thank you, Panda Express, but I may not return as I usually love your food.
From the moment we entered, it was chaos. There were about ten people in the lobby, and the only worker moved at a slow pace, making the whole process frustrating. My partner and I almost left because of the disorganization, but we toughed it out and waited in line. At the other end, there was a customer demanding a refund because he had to wait over half an hour for his meal. The cashier informed us that there was a no-refund policy in place. The food we received was questionable - it tasted awful and made both of us sick. We were unable to get a refund due to their policy. We regret spending our money at this restaurant and will not be returning.
The food was served lukewarm and there was a person hired who fell asleep at a table. We waited for about 25 minutes and the hired person never moved. The employee occupied 8 seats in the restaurant. I usually enjoy eating at this place, but my last 3 visits resulted in dinners that were either cold or had a stale taste. I have no desire to return to this restaurant.
Almost every time I go to this place and get teriyaki huh they never give me the Teriyaki sauce. who wants dry chicken without sauce? they also give me the wrong sides about half the time.
Ordered online with a half hour lead time. Was also picking up an order for my parents who gave 45 minutes lead time. Still had to wait 20 minutes past our pickup time to get our food. What was the point in ordering ahead?
