Great night was so much fun staff were really nice and friendly. Food was 10/10 and service was amazing.

The girls and I had a fantastic time! Great atmosphere top tunes and the staff went above beyond our expectations to make our night truly amazing and memorable. Thank you all so much!!!!

Don’t go there before 8 pm (although it is officially opened) you get a very poor service as the waiters are not working until 8 pm and you will be served by staff from kitchen or reception, which it shouldn’t be a problem if they had hospitality skills. We been there twice around 6 pm and The place were empty . we ordered drinks that came 20 minutes later . Then my friend came and joined us and asked for water and they brought it 20 minutes later . They bring the food first and then the drinks. The seem to constantly forget what we ordered . I have never seen such a poor organisation. We were 4 of us and ordered drinks and the man kept bringing one drink at a time leaving a gap of 5 10 minutes between them. Why they just didn’t put all the drinks on a tray? I have been there twice in the last 2 months and we received exactly the same poor service before 8 pm. When they brought the drinks they just placed them on the table without asking who has orders what. Same they did with food .. it felt rude . Even when we orders a shisha, the man came , brought us the shisha and left very awkward. No greetings , no small chat, nothing. The place looks nice and the prices are great but the way they treat you just makes you feel unwelcome. Also, they barely allowed me to take the menu at the table. I explained that it was 4 of us and it would be easier to browse through drinks and food selection while sitting down rather than we stand up by reception and order food and drinks. Very weird . Sad as it is a beautiful place and affordable. I wouldn’t have left this review, but I experienced same bad things twice in such a short time leaving to think that this is the standard of your services.
