Mcdonald's - Bradford

This McDonald's location always messes up my order, and always is not an exaggeration. They legit have never gotten even one of my orders 100% correct. I've even had a manager come out to my car to complain that we asked for our order to be fixed how it was actually ordered. She got mad and came out with an attitude and no food. Had to wait over 30 minutes last time. Needless to say after that encounter I have not gone back. I live in Kane pa and would much rather travel a little further to go to a different McDonald's than continue to receive awful service.

The restaurant was unclean and had poor service. There were young teenagers loitering around because their friend worked there. They received free food from their friend. The entire establishment was extremely dirty, with dirty tables, a filthy soda machine, and grimy countertops. I will not be dining there again unless they hire workers who take some pride in their work.

Ever since the old staff members left the restaurant, the quality of service at The Hill has drastically declined. The place is now overrun with unruly children who seem to be in charge. They were hanging out at tables and even working behind the counter, making it difficult to enjoy our meal in peace. The food was served cold, the drink area was filthy, and there were no lids for the drinks. Overall, a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Their mcdoubles taste good. but her spicy crispy chicken was soouuuo. it was very bland imo. and I think maybe they didn't change their oil for one because that was a tiny bit. bitter. idk, it could be that my taste buds were out. ? it was also soggy what is expected because the delivery took a because mickey ds tablets down. note that the tenderness of the sandwich did not contribute to the evaluation I gave. on another note their shamrock shakes were the bomb. I would definitely order her shamrock shakes and mcdoubles.
