Bidra med feedbackWe took a family friend to Red Lobster to celebrate his 18th birthday. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Our server, Eyvin, was especially attentive and friendly, making our family feel valued. The food was excellent, with a variety of choices from shrimp to burgers, and everyone enjoyed their meals.
My first experience at this restaurant was pleasant. The order was taken promptly and the appetizer was tasty. However, I was disappointed when my main course arrived before I had finished my appetizer, and the "to go Lobster Pizza" I had requested to be ready when I left ended up being served to me while I was still eating. When I inquired about the pizza, I was informed that it had been kept under a heat lamp. After finishing my meal, I waited nearly 30 minutes before being asked if I wanted dessert. Throughout my meal, my table was attended to by multiple waiters and managers. When I expressed concern about the pizza being left under the heat lamp for over an hour, I was assured that a new one could be made. Despite the food being good, the pizza had gone dry. Overall, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and the service is outstanding. Our favorite dishes are their unique combination meals. Additionally, we sampled all four of their desserts and each one was a hit with our group.
The food was pretty good. Hannah, our server was excellent. She came constantly and checked on our table and never ran soaked.
It was my sone first time. We had the Tuesdays special. Salmon fried shrimp and scallops. We had calamari for an appetizer was cooked perfect. The servers were very attentive.
