Mcdonald's - Bradenton

Both burgers I am going to return the burgers are burned , fries cold n my drink isnt a sprite. order came quick but worst meals I had sent to me.

Chicken nuggets were dried out tasted like the were cooked hours ago

Uof. mcdonalds is about the years on the hill. these, although they prepare for eating properly, is very slow. the car ride is the slowest in the city. be ready in the line for 15-20 minutes. they are full, but still take their sweet time. if they are in a hurry, do not definitiw the place to go. the inner is in the empty. it has a strange industrial look on it with brick. not sure what the designer thought. does not feel very at mcdonalds.

Staff is highly unprofessional lacks at their jobs discriminating, against people for being homeless. Did you not to serve the homeless people and unsatisfactory lousy and rude staff. I have never seen such pathetic unwelcoming attitude poor mentality, terrible management. The staff doesn't seem to understand regardless of what anyone does the people customers are the reasons why they have paychecks and why they have jobs. The staff member, Teresa who is harassing a homeless person needs to be fired! The the way she handled the situation was very disappointing. I have been in the hospitality and and 16 to 17 years myself. And this really is very negative.

We set up the drive-thru several minutes. No one ever helped us. As we drove away not being helped we could see the guy just standing at the computer, not helping. We set at the light and no cars moved, they were even honking and they weren't helped. I understand things happen but basic commination is needed. Put up a sign that your closed or computer is broken something, it's so rude to just leave customers sitting there.
