5pm and they are out of donuts. Why run a donut store if you don’t have any? Everyday the same thing.

Every single person Is rude that works here I don’t even like coming to this location an it’s close to my house . Poor customer service bad attitude horrible experience every time .. needs all new staff .. I won’t be

Me and my dad were just here on Thursday Jan 4th 2024 at 9:45 am. The older lady who took our order was awfully rude and talking to other people on the headset. We were telling her our order and she kept getting it wrong not listening to us. She told us she’s the server and we’re the customers but failed to serve us. When we got to the window they gave my dad his coffee which was not what we asked for and first made me a hot green tea when I asked for a sweetened iced green tea which when I got it was not sweetened. We had also gotten a breakfast sandwich was was cold. I don’t recommend this place. Go to any other Dunkin’ Donuts just don’t go here everything sucked.

Bad service, an employee who served me today yelled at me and gave me damaged donuts that were scratched on purpose, rude, she can't even serve
