Pizza Hut - Boynton Beach

Worst Pizza Hut location! They completely forgot my order, and after waiting 15 minutes for them to make the pizza, I received one that didn’t have pepperoni on half of it.

I tried calling the store multiple times but couldn't get through. When I called customer service, I was told a manager would reach out to me today, but no one has contacted me. After trying to reach the store again, I was informed that they couldn't find my order and that a manager would call me tomorrow. I'm frustrated and just want a refund. I won't be using their service again, and I strongly recommend that others think twice before ordering from them!

The food was excellent, as usual. However, our order was 20 minutes late, and we ended up waiting in the parking lot. When we called upon arrival, we were told our food would be out shortly. Five minutes later, someone came out to inform us that it was still in the oven. They definitely need to hire more staff for those busy times when they get, in their own words, "slammed."

Ordered for pick over an hour ahead and I had to wait for 30 more minutes at pick up. Ordered half Hawaiian, half Spinach, chicken mushrooms. When I opened the box at home the spinach was burned, and no chicken at all, looked like a dollar menu pizza. Other toppings just fair. The most expensive, delayed and bad prep pizza ever. Other walk in customer was waiting for an hour for a large pizza also. Lady manager/cashier in shift NO nice at all, bad attitude with work and customers, NO nice with workmates either. If they CAN'T offer a good product, on time (90' to prep a pizza for pick up!! and decent service, shut the door. Many restaurants struggling in this pandemic, and this Boynton location being rude with customers and delivering poor quality. Look for people willing to work and to serve other people. Owners don't follow up with what happens in theirs stores
