I would like to thank the dark haired manager who approached me with such a polite greeting by asking myself if I were with a service dog. Your next sentence was your dog is not allowed to be here. Their bad attitude and approach ensured that neither I nor my dog will ever come back here again. Nice job!

I loved my Mediterranean veggie sandwich. But that day they had no salad. Nice to take food safety seriously. My sister didn't get her salad though

First time back to Panera Bread in years Ordered new Spicy Chicken Sandwich came with an apple. Before I had to leave the parking lot, the apple was so old, never should have been put in the bag. The girl behind the counter had no worries in the world just gave me another apple. Glad i checked before I drove away. No consideration whatever. Definitely not worth $13.00 for just a small chicken sand that doesn't even organic. Chic Fillet would be much better at half price and have a friendly, friendly, attentive service.

I?m in the parking lot writing this review .. Nick you rock and the rest of the staff there!! I dropped my flash drive at the restaurant and didn?t realize until the next night .. when to the location and Nick moved tables , moved cushions off the benches to help me look ! We found my flash drive safe and sound !! Thanks so much #youguysrock

Manager was very rude and unprofessional! She refused to correct my order or give me a refund when I asked her. obviously they ran out of tomato sauce to make pizza and use tomato soup in return the pizza was soggy and continuously fell off the crust. She told me that I could have possibly poured soup on it to make it like that. However as you can see the tomato soup is on the bread not on top of the cheese.
