Mcdonald's - Boynton Beach

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and delicious. I adore the ambiance of the place, and the staff were extremely friendly. I will definitely be returning for another meal.

I wish I could give them a zero. I went there to stand up for myself and others who have been mistreated. They falsely accused me of stealing a mask and physically restrained me. After a 10-minute ordeal, I left feeling shaken and disheartened.

This is consistently the worst McDonald?s I've been there before! Not 10 seconds after pulling off the drive, a taste of my fries was cold. At home, less than 2 minutes later my Big Mac was dried out and cheese was missing. It serves me to go back, but I don't know how they stay in business. Oh, and I forgot they were from Diet Coke!

After waiting 25 minutes to order a medium fry, and despite giving them the coupon code, they still charged me the wrong amount and claimed it didn't work. It would be helpful if they hired employees who were proficient in English, but I suppose they still deserve a 15-minute win.

Went there late tonight, and got just a 2 burger combo. When I pull up topay, the cashier named Sidel takes my card, no gloves, proceeds to run my payment. I watch him take a lid and put it on my drink, still no gloves. He hands me everything without gloves on. I refused to eat any of the food. That's truly disgusting that he had no gloves on while handling a credit card, let alone the food and drink without them. He should not be working there, he is a risk to the community.
