Phones should NOT be allowed during shift!Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!Will NEVER go to this McDonald's again!!!!!!!!Now I just looked at my cheeseburger that I ordered EXTRA EXTRA PICKLES......they literally put only ONE PICKLE!!!!!PATHETIC!!!!!!
This location cares more about skip and delivery orders than customers who walk in. my boyfriend and i spent his break together and we decided to go here since it was closer to where we were. we stood at the front waiting to order for 20 minutes. 3 employees in the back weren’t doing anything and they all kept looking over and not taking our order. i used to work in fast food so i understand it gets overwhelming and busy but they’re supposed to prioritize customers on front, over deliveries. while they were waiting for food to put in the skip bags, customers on fronts food was just piling up. why not bag that instead of standing there doing nothing? i’ve never written a complaint before because i sympathize with fast food workers however this was just horrible. once someone came and took our order, it took her 2 minutes to type in 2 items. maybe she was new but they need more staff here to help train employees or a manager to make sure customers are helped in under 20 minutes. my boyfriend was late getting back to his job and when he went to eat the food, the fries were hard (old) and cold. his burger was flooded with mayo to the point where it was covering the bun (not the side it should be on) and he asked for no mustard and surprise, there was mustard. he’s too nice of a person to say something because he also worked in fast food but this was just unreasonable. i also forgot to mention another customer had been waiting for his order before we even got there and he received it after probably 20 minutes of him standing, it was just a fry. and the delivery bags weren’t even done when we left. prioritize the right things and make the food properly. if you’re going to make people wait that long, the food better at least be correct.
Bought xlarge coffee but the server gave me large I told her she said it is xlarge and another server agreed with her. I compared the cup with xlarge one I had at home and found both were wrong and what I was given was intact large not xlarge. They need training and more importantly they should not be nonchalant and dismissal.
The slowest service ever.It makes the experience awful ?
Ordered coffee and muffin, crew member brought one broken up smashed muffin in a paper bag. When I asked her to replace the muffin she grabbed the bag and threw it on the service table. As she went to replace the muffin I told her that she has a stinky attitude and that I will make a complaint. Co-worker tried to calm the situation and apolodgized several timesfor crew member Leila. Leila came back with another muffin, tossed it to me and in a rude manner here 's your muffin . How can the owner of this establishment tolerate such rude behaviour?Parking: Walmart parking lot
