Ordered food, it took 1 hour 50 minutes to arrive. It was the wrong order completely. I phoned up to get my food and he said I had 50 pounds worth of food so I should just keep it. There was not 50 pounds worth of food. 1 box and some prawns and a dam milkshake doesn’t not add up to 50 pounds! The person was very rude and all I wanted was my food that I actually ordered. He phoned back telling me to leave the food outside and they will get me my order and when I asked him to repeat my order it was wrong again. He phoned the wrong person! After that mess I said I want a refund, it was 10pm at night and this was ridiculous! I ordered at 8:20pm. Completely out of order as not only did they mess up my order they messed up ringing to apologise! We gave up on the order and put in a pizza in the oven. The same guy rang and apologised and Said I will get a refund and the food. So I took my pizzas out and an hour went by and still no dam food! I rang that guy and he said he didn’t say that, I heard it with my own ears! So infuriating. Poor service, poor communication and poor **** food! Seriously sort yourself out.

Ordered food through Just Eat at 1.30pm. Wrote a note to the restaurant with my special dietary request. Ordered arrived wrong, even the drink!! Called the restaurant to complain ask for my order to be delivered correctly. Staff can’t speak basic English so how do they read the allergy dietary requests??? It has now been 2 a half hours my food is not here. Despite calling the restaurant several times more! The staff don’t understand English at all!!! How are they employed in this country working with food??? Food allergies can be fatal!!!! WOK4GO you need to seriously look at your employees!!! This restaurant is supposedly under new management???!!! I cannot stress enough... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I shall be reporting them to the food safety hygiene department first thing tomorrow!! Incompetent staff could kill someone because they can’t read ENGLISH!!!!

I ordered my food at 8pm and told I would have a 45 minute wait. I then got a phone call 45 minutes later saying they couldn’t find my address and that it didn’t exist. They said they would try and find it and call us when they are on the road because they have to deliver to another house first so would be an extra 20 minutes. 40 minutes later they tell me they are on the way where do they need to go, I gave them clear instructions and the driver said ok he will be in there in 5 minutes. It got to 21:55 and they hadn’t arrived so we called and the driver handed the phone to his manager to which he said he couldn’t deliever because we gave them a fake address and was incredibly rude calling us liars. They weren’t going to tell us they weren’t going to deliver they just thought we wouldn’t call or ask for a refund. It was absolutely disgusting how they treated both me and my husband and I urge you to never ever go here.

Treated my kids to a noodle box as my husband was cooking for me for valentines.. we got 3 large boxes 2 combos and 1 chicken pad Thai.. after half a box my son said to me ..mum this chicken is raw.. after looking I wasn't sure as it was covered in sauce.. but tasting it the chicken was like jelly and my son had eaten nearly all of it.. its now Tuesday morning at 6.40 am and my son has been up all night. He had the worst stomach pains and cramps yesterday and felt sick and now he has explosive Diarrhea shivers and belly ache so we are off to the hospital now.. disgusting place do not buy and when you call them they do not answer the phone.. 4 weeks ago I made a £19 order to be delivered online which never turned up and couldn't get through to anyone. So £40 i either didn't receive food and now you've poisoned my son... if you go into the shop you can see them cooking and thats enough to put you off. The use dirty water at the side of the oven to chuck in the pan ... Place needs shutting down.. I am now contacting health and safety and trading standards..I will not rest... not when my kids are harmed from a treat they are always asking for !!!!!!

Got takeaway from this place a few weeks ago, myself and my boyfriend, we were up all night with the worst stomach pains which continued for the rest of the weekend. I then went into the shop yesterday not realising it was the same place, experienced the worst customer service (very rude and dismissive), and have spent all day today throwing up from undercooked chicken. The place is clearly not hygienic, I have never been so ill. Do NOT go.
