Wok4go - Bournemouth

We ordered four medium boxes for lunch delivery, and the food was amazing. It arrived quickly, still hot, and the boxes were packed full of food. It was more than enough for us.

The delivery service is terrible and the taste of the food is worse than cat food. The soup tastes like plain chicken in cold water and I would never order from this place again.

I ordered a green curry dish from Wok4Go, but they got my order wrong. When I called to inform them, they were incredibly rude and insisted that they had served me the correct dish. The dish was supposed to come with rice, but they claimed to be out of rice and substituted it with noodles instead. However, the dish they sent me was definitely not green curry. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I am shocked that they would tolerate such rude behavior from their staff. Attached is the photo of the dish that Wok4Go insists is green curry.

Really love the food here but one of dishes was missing and the customer service was absolutely shocking. Told we would receive a replacement but then decided we wouldn’t and didn’t even tell us. Let’s see if they bother to refund.

Ordered the chicken pad Thai, dry rubber you noodles and couple pieces of chicken. No spice what so ever
