The Green Room - Bournemouth

I was very upset when I came to the restaurant and I was told that my booking was not on the system. I went and came back a few minutes later and showed them that it was booked for the day, then they suddenly found my booking on the system. Fortunately, I didn't get far away, but never, the less I think this is terrible service and they should check their booking system before telling people that their booking is not on the system.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive. The lamb and Beetroot Risotto were delicious, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her chicken Caesar salad. The portion sizes were generous overall, and we left very satisfied with our meal. We would definitely return for another visit.

Surprisingly good service here tonight. We really enjoyed our 3 courses. Beautiful decoration at the restaurant staff were also attentive.

The menu offered a tempting selection of dishes, including a gnocchi dish that was a bit too salty and served in a very large portion. The dishes were served hot, and the staff was excellent - attentive and thoughtful. I was impressed by how well they accommodated my allergies. It would be great if they could also offer a children's menu.

The food and decor lovely but the room was filthy and covered in dust and the service was abysmal. I don’t think we will be returning anytime soon.
