The Westbrook - Bound Brook

I love this place!! We went there last Saturday around 4:45pm. The second we walked in, our hostess/bartender was so amazing, joyful and gave us a warm welcome. She made one of the best cocktails ever, a Summer something--I cannot remember the name--I enjoyed it a lot. Our food was great, we got fries, chicken sandwich, and onion rings. Quite tasty! Randomly stopped at this bar on my way home. First time there and my experience was nothing short of pleasant. Bree (i think that’s how it’s spelled) was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely professional considering how busy the bar was. They had Karaoke which was different then most of my karaoke experiences. It was more like a multi person concert! It was refreshing to see everyone having a good time and not a empty drink in anyones hands. I will definitely be back!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waitress was very rude, willing to argue and throw a fit rather than listen, she went into a public rant trying to belittle me in front of all the other guests, waited forever to get a second drink , while she waited on and talked and laughed with her friends at the other end of the bar. karaoke music was extremely loud. The Thai chili wings were tasty, but I'll spend my money where I will be respected and treated with kindness.
