Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

Nice looking place? some employees may need improvement. Feels slightly overpriced, just like everything else these days. Ordered inside and waited about 15 minutes for my burger and fries. Had to ask the employees if my order was placed correctly because my name hadn?t been called yet. Thankfully my order was ready, but had been placed in the ?online pickup? section even though I didn?t place an order online. Here?s a picture of my meal right after I received it?

If you have never been to a Shake Shack you need to go and understand this review is based on the fact that it is a chain and fast food. The cashier was amazing, super friendly and in a great mood. The food came out quick and fresh. The flavor was great and exactly what we have grown to expect. Black and White Shake for dessert togo was amazing with a great fudge flavor.

For the past 3 months I visited this is this restaurant 42 times twice for myself the rest were for customer pick-ups.... The space has a nice layout location is ideal if you're on foot but, not great for parking. For the most part a 10-15 minute wait is somewhat acceptable but, not when the order has been placed and should be ready by the picked up time. My visit yesterday, I spent 45 minutes past my original pick-up time...which ended with a unhappy customer a lost tip for me. I do understand the Shake Shack is relatively new in Boulder but, that does not excuse horrendous customer service.

Really good chicken sandwiches! I recommend getting them with bacon. The shakes are also a must try item on their menu, the only thing I don?t like was the fries were really mushy and overall not good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Edit: I lowered my review to a four-star because when I went back it took them almost an hour to make my mobile pick up order, they kept saying it should be out any minute now, took forever

Order was lost, which created confusion, accusing, and uncomfortability. When the manager on duty came to help us he was curtious and kind. We were taken care of and boy was the sandwich amazing! The chicken sandwich is what it's about here!
