Pizzeria Alberico - Boulder

First time here and I loved it. Met up with a friend that recommended this and I’m happy he did. Great combination of atmosphere, delicious pizza and great value. If you’re in Boulder, give these guys a try.

Had the most amazing experience here last night! It was a very busy night so we had a little bit of a wait for our reservation, which was no problem, but the manager Ben and our waitress Lisha really went out of way to take and care of us while we waited! The food here is so good and I highly recommend trying the prosciutto, the arancini, and and any of the pizzas( I got the Quattro Formaggi ? Definitely will be coming back!

I just finished my small Caesar salad. WAY too small a plate for the serving. Looked great, but half of it ended up on the bar.Bar staff is less than boring! Inattentive and un interested with the client.I suggested they serve the salad on a bigger plate and the bartender seemed less than interested. She’s the one who has to clean up the mess!Last time I was in, easily a year ago, they served their arancini on a small cocktail plate a serving was ONE! It rolled around stupidly on the plate. Today looks like 3 to a serving, in a small appropriate bowl. Seems they listened last time..maybe they’ll change the size of the salad plate! Pizza is great, just feel like the “attitude” it comes with ISN’t worth it ! ?

Delicious pizza and appetizers! Our waiter was super attentive and kind and our food came out in well timed courses throughout our visit.
