Bidra med feedbackThis place is the highlight of my Boulder transition visits! Especially their old fashions are delicious. More important is their food to die! I always get the chicken coq au vin and it always lives up to (and beyond) expectations. Beautiful thin and delicate chicken in a delicious sauce. My fiancée gets the Walleye every time and says it's the best Walleye he ever had (and he eats a lot of it). Come hungry because they give you a lot of food. And to add everything from their homemade ice cream, is a delicious end to an always amazing meal!
Great menu. Creative specialties. Owner/Koch very passionate about its dishes, ingredients and cooking styles. Rachel and Kira are great members of the staff! I can't wait to be back. (Veal Piccata was great!
I took my heart for her birthday. We meet Chef Jimmy, this isn't happening very often. He told us about his menu and gave us some suggestions. We had a great meal, the Relish tablet, and soup and salad reminds me of the great dinner clubs of the 70s. Job well done Chef Jimmy
Chef Jimmy is amazing. My wife's salmon slept in her mouth. My meal was just as great. His homemade pumpkin ice cream is in place. The best restaurant in the North Forest, in my opinion!
Been going to Guide's since late 70's. This was best meal ever and it was sooo good. Appetizer of mushrooms was really special excellent. Chef owner maybe doesn't realize that he has grown in excellence over the years. He has really got it going on now. Each course is very refined not just main course. Wife had Scallops special, she said it was exceptional. This is a place that is worth the higher price, a good investment in your quality of life. Try to get a table with window because the view is unexpectedly cool and actually feel good.
