Tim Hortons - Bouctouche

Can you believe it was the first time actually my first time eating inside..Now me and my friend are going to go a couples days every week..

Just left there. My family decided to stop for a quick bite to eat on our way home from a hockey tournament. We wanted chicken noodle soup. They had no chicken for the soup??? We then ordered rice bowls. No rice. The muffins were all laying in a pile up against the front display case glass. The language barrier was beyond difficult! We left. Get it together. It was 4:45, dinner time! Pita Pit was delicious!

Very slow service in drive through. Coffee wasn't even made properly. The one at the window was yelling at her coworker as we pulled up.

I will not return..after waiting 20 mins for my order I was greeted at the window by a not very friendly staff member..I know we all have bad days but a simple hello or thank you would have been nice : unfortunately this is not the first time..

Service is terrible and slow don't recommend anyone stopping here if you are in a hurry. Seems like Bouctouche and Richiboucto Tim's don't care about customer service anymore.
