We were here today, 3 people. Our son just had braces put in and so, could not have boba. So I asked that his boba be put in my milk tea. They said that they couldn't and would have to charge me extra because I would be getting double boba. I countered that all they would have to do is to put in a regular boba tea fory son, but physically put the pearls in my tea instead of my his. They said that their system wouldn't allow it. They could not think outside the box and see that the amount of boba taken from their container would be the same, just put in a different glass. $0.75 is not a big deal but, seriously, to not get that the system would still reflect the same amount of pearls. I love the tea, but this experience just soured me on this specific branch.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this place. I had hoped to enjoy a caffeine-free mango milk tea, but their store policies do not cater to the needs of their customers. Consequently, I decided to try Boba Bothell instead, which turned out to be a much better choice, offering a wider variety of options. I hope you change this non-sense policy!

Excellent boba tea shop. Wide array of options to choose from, including milk teas and frozen ice-blended drinks. A few food options are also available. Service was fast and employees were kind!

Wise guy here noticed my shirt his attempt at humor completely failed I mean who is he to tell me that just because I am soaked in hydrocholic acid and my body is disintegrating by the second that “I need help” the only help I need is for you to get me my milk tea with no milk and extra tea. 9/10
